Freeburg Community High School 2019-2020 Registration Information
The registration procedures for enrolling at Freeburg Community High School starting with 2019-2020 school year are listed below. Parents and guardians should read through all of the information to identify which actions they need to take to be prepared for the start of school. All registration procedures must be completed prior to students being able to attend on the first day of school and all fees must be paid prior to students participating in extra-curricular activities including the Homecoming Dance.
Step 1- Online Registration
Parents and guardians of returning students and incoming freshmen should complete the online registration as a first step in the registration process. Parents and guardians will be able to complete a number of the registration requirements and pay fees online starting June 24, 2019. The online system can be accessed through the student’s Teacherease accounts. Incoming freshmen parents and guardians will receive access to their new Teacherease accounts prior to June 24th through a welcome letter sent by email. Please contact the office immediately if you have had a change in the email address. Following the online registration, parents and guardians will then need to bring required physicals, vaccination information, residency proof, and other necessary paperwork to the office during the official office registration time.
Step 2-Office Registration
The office will officially be open for registration July 22-July 25 from 8:00am-11:00am and 12:30 pm-3:30pm. There will also be evening hours on Wednesday, July 24th and Thursday, July 25th from 5:00pm-7:30pm. The office will be closed on Friday, July 26th. At this time, returning students and incoming freshmen should plan on completing their registration process and picking up their schedules by turning in all additional required paperwork that cannot be collected online. Please review the sections below for important information regarding the required registration forms.

Residency Change: If you have moved to a new residence in the district since last year, you will need to prove residency again. The list of items for residency are listed under the Incoming 9th grade section.

In order to try out for any athletic teams, the student must have a current IHSA physical on file. A copy of the IHSA physical form can be located on the school website. The physical must be completed on the IHSA form. The steroid and concussion sign off will be completed during the online portion of registration. IHSA physicals for returning students may be turned in at registration.
Vaccinations: All required vaccinations must be completed and documentation must be presented to the school prior to the student attending school this year.
