    Welding and Manufacturing  Teacher (Starting 2020-2021 School Year)

    Duties Include teaching the following courses:  Welding 1 & 2, Manufacturing 1 & 2

    Applicants must possess or be able to obtain an Illinois Professional Educator License endorsed in 9-12 Industrial Technology.  

    Freeburg High School has a competitive salary and benefit package.  The starting base salary for the 2019-2020 school year is $37,600.  Benefits package include paid retirement (TRS contribution), 100% paid individual health and 50% paid family health insurance, in addition to tuition reimbursement.  

    Additional Notes
    FCHS will also consider Agriculture Education Teachers interested in teaching industrial arts; metal working.  Additionally, CTE eligible certification will be accepted.

    FCHS has a large, industrial arts department with fully equipped shops and dedicated classrooms.  Future plans include expanding the physical space and curriculum offers for industrial arts.
